Karate is a very intriguing program that can provide a number of both mental and physical benefits to participants of all ages. Those involved will be the physical beneficiaries of improved reflexes and coordination, an increase in performance in all physical activities, an increase in flexibility and weight control for better overall fitness, greatly improved balance, and the ability to defend ones self. While participants are engaging in the physical aspect of the Karate program, mental enhancements will also be conducted. Class meeting days may vary.
